Your goal is to save the city from the authoritarian Horus, a system aimed at total control of the citizens. The surveillance tool is a complex system of assessing and awarding points to residents. In the world of Horus, every citizen comes down to data and statistics and an overall assessment of social suitability. If, according to the system, you are not a "good" citizen, you should not be entitled to take a leave from work, take a loan or you are condemned to live in worse districts.
